We will graciously accept a comfortable two-bedroom home in the Rose Bay area. Jokes aside, all we want is for you to celebrate with us so gifts are not expected or required. If you insist on honouring us with something, a wishing well will be available on the day.

We want to ensure our celebration is intimate, therefore or guest list is tight and restricted to those listed on your invitation only.

Unfortunately, our venue cannot accommodate children. Newborns and breastfed infants are welcome. Thank you for understanding.

It’s really easy to get there via public transport. Museum Station, at the southern end of Hyde Park, is less than a minute’s walk from our venue so jump on a train traveling the T1, T2, T3 or T8 lines, get off at Museum Station, and take the Castlereagh Street exit.

Given the central location of our venue, accommodation options are in abundance. Super close options include:
Hyde Park Inn from $280 per night
Rydges World Square from $220 per night
Vibe Hotel from $260 per night
Ibis World Square from $255 per night -
There is no parking onsite. The closest car park is a 4-minute walk away at Secure Parking Goulburn Street. A weekend flat rate of $12.00 will apply.

We are planning an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our day so we invite you to put your devices away and be fully present. You’re welcome to take photos throughout the reception, though we will ask that you refrain from sharing anything on social media.

OUR LOVE STORY
HOW WE MET
We met at university where we were both studying radiography. Nate was a second year and Erik was a first year but we both lived in the same block of dorms and would cross paths all the time. It turned out we had a mutual friend, Noa who knew that we would like each other. One night at the uni bar, a few drinks deep Noa not so subtly introduced us. She turned out to be right, and the rest is history!
THE PROPOSAL
Our proposal was a bit unique as it ended up being a joint proposal. Nate planned to propose during our trip to New Zealand to celebrate our third anniversary, and Erik had the same idea. During a private helicopter ride to the top of Franz Josef, Nate got down on one knee in the snow, and so did Erik! We exchanged the rings we had bought for each other, cried happy tears and our tour guide took some photos for us with the glacier backdrop! It was an unforgettable experience.
MEET OUR WEDDING PARTY

Andrew and Nate have been best friends for nearly a decade after first meeting in high school. They share many interests that have kept them close over the years, namely their love for Dungeons and Dragons. Andrew is the first person Nate ever came out to and has been a loyal friend, make sure you have a beer with him.

Erik’s twin brother and lifelong sidekick, Bo and Erik are as close as two people can be. An all round humble and quiet guy, he’s also one of the most intelligent and accomplished people we know - he’s just one year away from becoming a surgeon! We hope you will find him on the day taking the rare opportunity to let his hair down and have fun!

Lee and Erik are work colleagues and bonded quickly over their love of food and Rupaul’s Drag Race. Lee is an excellent trivia night teammate, a talented photographer and intimidates us all with their fabulous sense of style. You’ll come to recognise them on the day by their outrageous laugh.

Bestie to both us, third amigo from our uni days and the one who formally introduced us, Noa is our third wheel and Best Lady for an excellent reason. She loves to talk, has an infectious laugh and an uncanny ability to make friends in an instant. Keep an ear out for her speech, which will no doubt be filled with embarrassing tales from our uni days.

Nate’s little sister, Erik’s future sister-in-law, and an all-around amazing human. She loves a late-night karaoke session, prefers beer over wine, and unhealthily binges reality TV shows in her spare time. She’s a wedding planner and has helped us out A LOT so you’ll most likely find her on the day fixing place settings and making sure everyone is where they need to be.
